There's a lake about a mile from our house that makes for a great evening walk. Late summer is such a beautiful time here on the northern plains; we try to take advantage of it as often as possible.
We brought bread to feed the fish. There are scores of them and they flock to the breadcrumbs. I'm not sure if it's healthy for them, but the kids sure enjoyed feeding them....
