The main reason for our visit to Seattle this summer was T and R's wedding.
On an almost-drizzly Sunday afternoon, we joined them and our families for an intimate backyard wedding. The bride and groom were glowing and everything went smoothly. The sun even came out right as they said their vows - a sign of a blessed union for sure, especially in Seattle!

If you know my mom, you won't be surprised that she made the dress, did all the decorations, as well as all the flower bouquets. Such an amazingly talented woman.

and vanilla with lemon butter cream - yum!
I'm not sure this is exactly what T had in mind, but I did my best! They chose a red velvet cake (groom's favorite flavor) with a vanilla butter cream.
